What is your name, title, and what does your company do?

Katie Neidermire: I'm Katie Card Niedermayer, a loan officer at American Pacific Mortgage, and we help clients with home loans.

Why did you choose Birdeye?

Katie Neidermire: We chose Birdeye because it was a way to collect reviews and house them all in one place.

How has Birdeye helped your business?

Katie Neidermire: Birdeye has helped us to have a greater online presence through 90 reviews, so after a loan is closed Birdeye will send an automated email and then also touch base with that client to ask them to review us. And because of that, we've been able to collect more reviews, building our online presence and, you know, creating a space where all of our reviews are held.

What would you tell someone who is considering Birdeye?

Katie Neidermire: have one, I would highly recommend using Birdeye With Birdeye's automated system that goes out to your clients. It is such a great way to ask for that review right away to even follow up with it. And the rate of return on getting that review is so high. So that would be the biggest consideration. I think the other thing is in today's world, we're trying to automate so many systems and this is a great way to gain reviews without really having to think about it.
