Eric Poupard: My name is Eric Poupard. I am the Vice President of Mission and Values for Hudson's furniture. We sell custom home furnishings in the great state of Florida.
Who were you with and what were you doing before Birdeye?
Eric Poupard: Prior to working with Birdeye our company was working with podium to help collect more online reviews as well as use web chat.
What encouraged you to transition to Birdeye?
Eric Poupard: We were not receiving the level of support that we expected from our prior provider and several other dealers that we were familiar with, told us about all of the great support, as well as features that come along with Birdeye.
What would you tell someone who doesn't have Birdeye?
Eric Poupard: If you don't have Birdeye now, what I would tell you is it's an extremely easy interface. It's an extremely supportive and responsive team that is helping us to be able to grow our business.
What impact has Birdeye had on your business?
Eric Poupard: Switching to Birdeye has allowed our company to be able to grow our online reviews, grow our organic search visibility and allowed a more responsive and easier to use Web chat experience, which is huge for the sales people in my industry.
