What is your name, title, and what does your business do?

Drew Joiner: My name is Drew Joiner. I'm a Marketing Coordinator at Lee Company headquartered in Nashville Tennessee. We offer home services, facility solutions, facilities maintenance and management and large construction throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, North Alabama and Georgia.

Why did you choose Birdeye?

Drew Joiner: The biggest reason why we chose Birdeye was because it keeps everything in one place for us. You know, I don't have to go to one place to respond to review. I don't have to go to another place to look at someone contacting us through facebook. It keeps everything in one place for us, which makes it super efficient for us. for time, and it allows us to communicate with our customers as soon as we possibly can.

How has Birdeye helped your business?

Drew Joiner: It's exactly that Birdeye I has helped our business by helping me be more efficient with my time. There are many different things that we have to keep up with in this ever changing world. Customers changing customers online all the time, constantly giving their feedback. Birdeye allows us to communicate with them as soon as we possibly can at the drop of a hat, to create a better experience for our customers and in turn create a more efficient, reliable process for us at Lee Company here in Nashville.

What would you tell someone who is considering Birdeye?

Drew Joiner: Someone's considering Birdeye out there, I would absolutely tell them it's a home run again. It keeps everything in one place, really allows us to be efficient with our time and, has just helped our company as we continue to grow over time. Now, with over 1700 employees, it's a really, really good use of our time, keeps everything really efficient.

How would you describe your experience with Birdeye's customer service?

Drew Joiner: From my experience, Birdeye has always had good customer service. I have my specific contact that has always wanted to talk to me. If I had any questions about anything, if I thought maybe something was wrong, something that we could do differently regarding some of our campaigns, maybe how our profiles set up. The customer service has always been really good to me. our Lee Company team, and I have nothing but good thoughts and good, good words to speak on behalf.
