What is your name, title, and what does your business do?

Brandon Wipperfurth: Hi my name is Brandon I am a Regional Director of 13 locations for Superior Storage. We manage self storage facilities.

What challenges were you facing that led you to look for a solution like Birdeye?

Brandon Wipperfurth: In the self storage industry, there is a lot of competition in the localized markets. We wanted to try and obtain as many google reviews as possible. So we sought out a platform to help us do that, and Birdeye became our solution to that problem.

Why did you select Birdeye?

Brandon Wipperfurth: I originally researched a few companies in this industry Birdeye stuck out to me with their dashboard and customization of everything and had several conversations with them, and they ended up being a clear choice for us to use. And we've been happy ever since.

Brandon Wipperfurth: We were able to capture a lot more reviews than we ever were organically. We have several customers come in each day asking for specific managers that have their name listed over and over again. A lot of people choose us over our competitors due to our five star rating, with several 100 reviews.

Brandon Wipperfurth: The on boarding process with Birdeye has been extremely easy to use. Their customer service is top notch Every time that we add a new location on, there, right there, answering questions and they can get it into our dashboard almost immediately. And it has been extremely helpful as we grow as a company.
