What is your name, title, and what does your business do?

Amy Rydgren: Hi I'm Amy Rydgren I'm the customer Relations Manager for the Preferred Auto Dealerships.

Why did you choose Birdeye?

Amy Rydgren: After reviewing all of our choices, we elected to go with Birdeye because of the people that we dealt with. Actually, the customer service seems to be superior, and we had a good rapport with the sales people.

How has Birdeye helped your business?

Amy Rydgren: After instituting Birdeye, we feel like we have a much better grasp on our customer relations. Obviously responding to the reviews in a organized manner, helps to ensure that we're taking care of everything as quickly as possible. Our customers are everything to us, obviously, and we want to take good care of them, and this brings any problems to light immediately.

What would you tell someone who is considering Birdeye?

Amy Rydgren: For anyone considering Birdeye I would recommend that you really spend some time with your salesperson. Ask them to show you a bunch of examples and how this works on a day to day basis. Because that's really the strong point. I think for Birdeye, Do a trial. It's the best thing I can recommend because you'll see how much time you save and how much easier and organized it makes the whole process. Good luck.

How would you describe your experience with Birdeye's customer service?

Amy Rydgren: Birdeye customer service is really very good. They are on top of everything. They're organized and they have schedule when they contact you and check in with you and it works out great as long as you also are organized and respond to them. It is far superior to anything else I have dealt with. They put a lot of effort into making sure that you're happy and comfortable.
