What is your name, title, and what does your business do?
Hi, my name is Anita Gibson, and I am the President of Let's Lose Advanced Weight Loss Centers. We are a health and wellness weight loss clinic, and we have six locations in Alabama.
Why did you choose Birdeye?
We started using Birdeye because we were trying to increase our reputation, our five star rating, over the years. We've been in business for 20 years and over the years we've always asked for reviews and they're kind of hard to get. But once we got Birdeye I got a little bit easier.
How has Birdeye helped your business?
Birdeye has helped our process of getting reviews, making it more automated, so our reviews are coming in, like for one month of reviews has been what it takes us a year to get in the past. We're really pleased with Birdeye in the way that the reviews are rolling in now.
What would you tell someone who is considering Birdeye?
If you are considering Birdeye I would say just go for it. The automation that they put in place for us made getting reviews so much easier and we like Birdeye so much that we also added their referral program. So we can help build up our patients by referrals.
