What does Danny enjoy most about being a real estate professional?

Danny Vick: I think one of the things I enjoy most about this business is all the new relationships that we get to form. We meet people for the first time and we help walk them through what is probably gonna be their largest investment and we become friends and we work with those families and get them moved into their new homes and then watching their children grow up and uh following up and many times working with those children later on and selling them homes. This is a generational business and that's what I love is working with these families over and over again.

What does Danny hope potential clients feel after meeting with him?

Danny Vick: The first thing I want to do when I meet with a new client is develop trust. They're never gonna feel comfortable using me and using my team. If they don't have a trust that the things we're telling them are true, factual and in their best interests. So if you listen to your client, you listen to their wants and wishes and you respond like you were in their shoes, they will come to trust you very quickly.
