Hey Rhonda, what do you enjoy most about being a real estate professional?
Rhonda Folsom: Hi, I'm Rhonda Folsom. As a real estate professional, I love the different ways that I can create win-win opportunities. For example, I have four cats and four horses and I love to travel with them and because they're part of my family, I noticed how difficult it was to find a vacation rental that accepted cats. So I decided to create a vacation rental designed for cats, dogs and horses. So people can vacation with their pets because pets are family. As another example, if someone is struggling because owning their house has become stressful, our company Fast And Fair Home Buyers can buy that house for cash. That means no open houses or long delays in the sale process. The homeowner can move on quickly to a fresh start. I love being creative and resourceful in helping people have better tomorrows.

Rhonda Folsom: My goal when I meet with potential clients is to make them feel valued, acknowledged, and that I truly care about them. I love listening to people's stories and learning who they are, what they want, and how I can best help them.
