Hello PB V team and greetings from a random hotel room in Chicago. I know it's a to glamorous life. Uh Jess and I really enjoyed a great level three day with you last week. Just wanted to say congratulations again on taking the time to invest in yourselves and in each other. Um Hope you've shared your takeaways, your personal actions and your team suggestions with each other, uh including with your team members who unfortunately were not able to attend. Um, and hope that you'll use your creativity to find ways to continue what we started to, to build yourselves, to build your people and all while those 100 problems keep coming at you. So you all can do it. It's worth your time and investment in yourself and each other to do so. So, thanks again.
