We would love to hear about the positive changes you have witnessed in your business since receiving coaching from Being in Action Coaching.
Jason: My name's Jason with American Family Insurance in Tucson, Arizona, being an action coach and has helped me really understand what my goals are for the future. Um And doing this through a perspective of someone that has had success in business is an incredibly valuable tool to have. Um Adam has an approach and a third party perspective that allows me to kind of step outside of my business with him and look at things from a different perspective so I can make improvements and and really understand where we're at and what we're going for. So, um I've seen vast improvements in the short amount of time just in my mindset as a business owner and in our prospects as a, as a business moving forward, it's important to understand that uh a different perspective is always a good thing. Looking at things from different angles is always a good thing as a business owner. Uh We don't always know everything and sometimes we get stuck inside of our business and the business is running us at times. So having somebody be able to pull us out of that, take a look at things from a, from a higher level, uh really allows us to grow and um add and subtract things as needed um from that perspective, so won't be able to do it without being in action coaching. So I really appreciate uh all of Adam's help so far and uh really look forward to the continued success in the future.
