Could you describe a time that Beeztep helped you?

Lauren: Beeztep has been a tremendous help to me. But one of the things that I value the most is Ayelet's team tracking packages that we send to Amazon against what Amazon is saying they've received. So if there's a discrepancy, her team is on it and gets us a reimbursement for those things, it doesn't happen often, but it does happen. And if it wasn't for her team, I probably have no idea it was even happening.

How would you describe Beeztep in three words?

Lauren: Three words that would describe Beeztep would be helpful, efficient and persistent. Those are definitely three things that I would look for in brand management of my Amazon account and they do all three of those.

What has been the most significant impact of working with Beeztep?

Lauren: The most significant impact we've seen has been sales. I know that sounds really basic, but that is what we've seen. Our account has grown time and time again. Um I love the approach of this company. I love the thoughtfulness and their ideas and tactics to grow the brand. So sales have been the best part of this relationship.

How did Beeztep go above and beyond for you?

Lauren: Going above and beyond, I think is something they do really well. Every time I have a meeting, we are always presented with new fresh ideas, possible product ideas, way to improve the products. We have um customer acquisition strategies. All of those things are things that make me feel that Beeztep is going above and beyond for my brand.

What makes Beeztep stand out against the competition?

Lauren: They stand out amongst the competition to me because of their loyalty, tenacity and really um dedication to my brand. I am not of an account that's just checked on in every week or so. I'm getting daily updates. I appreciate that. That's something as a brand owner that I want to know is happening and I feel like that is something you don't get with a lot of other companies that manage brands. Um When I talked to a few, they would check in on your account every few days. And this way if I need something and it's urgent, I always get a quick response and that means so, so much.
