What made you decide to use this service & why is Beee Ltd different from other similar services?
Maria Hawley: Hi, I'm Maria Hawley. Um, and the reason that I chose to work with Estelle was, first of all, when we had a kind of what I would call chemistry meeting, uh, we connected, um, immediately and straight away. Um, Stelle was really empathetic. She understood what I was trying to achieve. Um, and that absolutely gave me the confidence that we would get to The root cause rather than just dealing with kind of sort of the surface level issues, and that would ultimately help me achieve my goals and ambitions.
What outcome were you looking to achieve?
Maria Hawley: So I was looking to increase both my presence and confidence at senior exec level, both in terms of presenting to larger audiences and also a small select senior individuals.
Can you share a specific example or success story of how the service benefited you?
Maria Hawley: Although I might be perceived as an extrovert, I absolutely dreaded presenting to people, especially if it's a large audience. Um, and also, even in a smaller, smaller environment where I might feel like I was going to stumble over my words or come across as unconfident or not get my ideas across. So working with Estelle has meant that I'm now able to confidently present to room. Of 150 plus at away days or conferences. Uh, I'm also able to present concisely, clearly business cases, thought leadership within our leadership team and as a consequence, I was actually invited to join the leadership team. And that's made a massive difference, as a boost to my own sort of self-confidence, but it also means that my functional area is represented and I'm able to drive the strategy forward, um, to deliver. Um, the business strategy as a whole.
