Speaker: Andrew Bridge, Managing Partner, Fisher German

What made you decide to use this service & why is Beee Ltd different from other similar services?

Andrew Bridge: So Fisher German have used Estelle and B for a number of years now. So a relationship probably goes back almost a decade in respect of the support that she's provided to a number of colleagues across the business, and those colleagues range from partners, including myself as a managing partner, all the way through to, um, some of our colleagues, and, uh, the reason for using Estelle is very much her approach. And a style, which is a very personal but very professional method that she adopts to try and ensure that she gets to understand the individual, understand the real challenges that they may may be facing, and then provide a solution that is um. Based on a real understanding of not only the the way that everybody's brains work and how everybody is different, but also playing into a real practicality associated with delivering change, so empowering individuals to be able to understand. Um, why they may be thinking in a certain way and allowing them to have a, a better means of being able to understand why others may be thinking in a slightly different way. So understanding the different personality types that exist, but then making sure that you have the mechanisms to be able to, um, to manage those difficult situations, and some maybe learned experiences from decades ago through to some challenges that we may have materialised more recently.

What outcome were you looking to achieve?

Andrew Bridge: From our perspective, the main outcomes we were looking to achieve was it would vary depending upon the individual. Some of it could have been trying to ensure that they, um they were feeling more confidence. They were feeling as though they were able to progress through the organisation, maybe deal with some challenges that they were facing at a specific time. Some of those could be business challenges, but a number of them will be personal challenges as well. So it's, it's about building a level of resilience and that ability for people to be able to, to progress, uh, and then with other individuals, it's about building some. Core skill sets, so that could range from their ability to be able to coach other people or for mentoring. So it's a real range of different training opportunities that existed, but realistically what we're looking to try and do is ensure that she could have that positive impact across our wider business, understanding the individuals, understanding the vision and values of of Fisher German and then being able to relay that back into our team. To ultimately allow those individuals to be the best versions of themselves.

Can you share a specific example or success story of how the service benefited you?

Andrew Bridge: Estelle's worked with a number of different people within, within our practise. So there are numerous different examples, but the one I'll provide is at a high level appointment with our practise, an individual that was struggling with some external factors. That was having a knock-on impact in respect of their ability to really be able to cope with the pressure of day to day work um and then through seeing Estelle manage to get the individual into a position whereby they were able to manage some of those external pressures, so. They were given the support mechanism and some of the learning to help them have some really good coping strategies and coping mechanisms to ensure that when they come into the workplace, they can actually be the individual that they want to be, enjoy what they were doing, and now they're thriving with our business. I think that's a real testament to still get. Under the skin of the individual, going back into maybe some of the challenges that we all face when we're growing up and how they manifest themselves into actually how we are today, some of the triggers that we that we face today, and then building that coping strategy, that coping mechanism to be able to help individuals to be the individuals they really want to be. I think that's been, to me, it's been massively helpful and has a positive impact on the business.
