How has working with Bchex impacted your hiring processes and overall HR operations?
Zach Morgan: Hey, my name is Zach Morgan. I work with the Southeast team of ESS under Brittany McLain. How has working with Bchex impacted, um, my hiring process? Um, it's affected it in a major way because it allows me to, uh, have a one-stop link for all applicants to click, uh, follow through with all the information. that needs to be submitted. Um, once that's done, then all I need to do is hit a button, check shows, uh, the background's been submitted, and then usually between 24 and 48 hours, I have it back, so it's streamlined the process for me. Uh, our overall HR operations, I think it's helped in allowing us to not have people bogged down in the application process while waiting on a background. You guys have been extremely quick with uh getting those backgrounds back and then there being uh useful information that you can use as criteria to determine whether your applicant is uh um uh able to work for you or not. So, uh, the Bchex process uh has been an integral one to us and I think it's a, a very useful product that many people should also use. Thank you guys.
How would you rate the accuracy, turnaround time, and customer service provided by Bchex?
Zach Morgan: In terms of rating the accuracy, the turnaround time, of all of our backgrounds, uh, if we're, uh, speaking of a scale of 1 to 10, I'd definitely give you guys a 10. Um, the accuracy has been right on. Uh, also, Guardian is a huge, uh, aid to that because not only are you able to See if a client is eligible for you, but you're then also able to continually know if something else has popped up on their background, um, you know, that they might not necessarily report to you. Uh, but, um, Guardian, uh, I think is a huge help in allowing that accuracy to continue. Uh, the turnaround time is extremely quick. And um the customer service provided by Bchex has always been quick for me. Um, anytime I've um had a misspelling or uh entered a name wrong, you know, human error, uh, issues, you guys have always been able to uh rectify that for me quickly, efficiently, and then, uh, get my background check out to me.
What distinguishes Bchex from other background check providers you've used in the past? What do you appreciate most about our services?
Zach Morgan: I think for my purposes, uh, what distinguishes the checks from other background check providers is the efficiency, um, and the in-depth information that you receive as part of that background check. Um, uh, you want things fast but you also want them to be correct. So, uh, being able to receive those things, uh, is probably the biggest, uh, uh, uh, difference between other, uh, background check providers that I've used. Uh, what I appreciate most. Again, is the efficiency, the information provided, the guardian, um, it is like a, an angel in the sky that continues to watch those people that you have, uh, deemed eligible, hired, and then, you know, something, uh, adversely, uh, pops up on their background, uh, you know about it and you know about it as soon as you open up these checks in the morning, um, it's like having an assistant. So, um, that's what I appreciate most.
