Can you introduce yourself and describe your role at your school?
Chloe Camp: My name is Chloe Camp. I am the school counselor and volunteer coordinator at Alderman Elementary School in Wilmington, North Carolina. Um Bchex and the bib website have helped me so much during my role as volunteer coordinator. Um, it helps me to easily access who at my school is a level two volunteer, um and who has been cleared in their background check. Um The ease of the use of the website is super important to me. Um, as well as um the quick responsiveness of the customer service. I forgot my password a couple times. Customer service is really, really quick in getting my password to me. Um And it is also a very user friendly website for my volunteers um to use. Um And it has just been a wonderful addition to me being volunteer coordinator.
How has working with Bchex made your hiring process smoother and more efficient for teachers and staff at your school?
Chloe Camp: This website has made it very easy to access who is cleared as a level two volunteer. Um And it is also easy to send to my volunteers to complete their background check. Um It just makes the entire process of becoming a level two volunteer much easier.
Could you share a story or example of how Bchex’s background checks have positively impacted your school?
Chloe Camp: Bchex background checks have have positively impacted my school and that we are easily able to access to see who is able to chaperone field trips um to help with our end of year testing. Um and just provides an extra level of safety and security for the staff at my school.
How quickly do you usually receive background check results from Bchex, and how has this timeliness benefited your school?
Chloe Camp: I usually receive background checks um within 48 hours of a parent completing them, which makes it super easy. Um Especially for those parents who last minute did not realize that they needed to be um background check approved to be a chaperone on a field trip or something like that. Um So it's super easy and quick.
In what ways has partnering with Bchex enhanced the safety and security of your school environment?
Chloe Camp: Bchex has enhanced the safety and security of my school in that. Um, I'm easily able to access, um, people's approved background checks. Um, and that has just been helpful in a variety of custody situations as well as volunteer situations.
Can you describe a time when Bchex’s customer support team went above and beyond to assist you?
Chloe Camp: Bchex support service team has gone above and beyond. Um to assist me on several occasions when I have, when I have forgotten my password to get onto the website, um, their responses have been very timely um and convenient.
