Mari Jo Moody: Hello and thank you for taking the time to explore career opportunities with Batesville. My name is Mary Joe Moody and I'm the Chief Human Resources Officer. People often come to Batesville for a job, but they end up staying to build their career. I joined this great company more than 25 years ago, I started as an intern while I was in college. And after graduation, I joined the internal audit department over the past 25 years, I've had the opportunity to work in various departments such as it operations and human resources. Throughout this journey. I have found that human resources is indeed my passion. I enjoy supporting people as they become the best version of themselves.
