We manage recruiting and onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations and compensation and benefits. HR Business Partners collaborate with the leaders across the business to align our people strategy with company goals to create a positive and inclusive work environment through effective people management and development. The team reports up through the Senior VP and Chief Human Resources Officer.
