Cece Clay: I've been with base for about 5 five and a half years now. Some of my responsibilities include maintaining relationships with my customer, identifying their needs and their preferences to provide them with the best solutions. I also negotiate contracts, handle orders and resolve any challenges that may arise during that sales process. We also have great teammates that we work with inside our organization, such as the marketing team. We work with them on sale strategy, messaging and materials and we also provide feedback on market response and customer satisfaction. A Couple other wonderful teammates that we work here within our organization are customer service and logistics, to ensure customer orders are delivered in a timely manner.

Cece Clay: Hey, what I love about working here at Batesville is our customers. Our customers are some of the most caring people that I've ever met. They care about their families that they serve. They want to make sure that the family gets everything that they want for their family member that passed on. It's, it's such a humbling experience for me to work for this organization. I have built some great relationships with my customers and I truly, truly, truly have learned so much respect for everything that the funeral industry does, what the funeral industry is about and the care and love that goes into that. So, yeah, I love it.
