Ashley Lonneman: My career with Batesville began five years ago and I originally joined the organization as a Sales Representative where I was tasked to build and maintain relationships with customers. Doing so by identifying their needs and to provide them with solutions. Additionally, we'll negotiate and handle orders or resolve any issues that can arise throughout the course of a relationship. And we'll also work closely with the marketing team to align on the sales strategy while also providing feedback on the market response and our customer satisfaction. Throughout my career with Batesville, I've achieved multiple national and regional sales awards. And today I serve as a Sales Supervisor.
