Hi there. My name is Mike and my wife and I live in an area of the world western Canada where we don't have access to be able to ground to the earth for six months of the year because it's frozen and covered in snow. We've been using our grounding mat from bamboo grounding for the last five nights. And honestly, the five best night sleep we probably had in 15 years, we look forward to going to bed at night so that we can get relaxation and a great night's sleep. And right now we're putting it all on the grounding mat. Great product. I highly recommend it.
