If I had to pick a favorite member of Justin. This is my third take because I keep going over. Um It would have to be my first case experience with Justin where I had just joined as a fresh A CS AC. And um I wasn't super confident and I remember that the case team would always ask Justin questions like, you know, we have a great track. Is this what you think? And he would always defer to me and say, I think you should ask luxury because she spent a lot more time in this field or she spent a lot more time doing this. Um And she would have the right answer as well. And what that did for um a young sec is it not only build confidence? Um And instilled a sense of um you know, knowing, but also it helped to foster a lot of respect for um a leader like Justin who really is um a rock that you can stand on and that helps support you in your career. And in every, every, in every way, the five things I love about Justin five because three is not enough. Uh One humility. He's always ready to be wrong and ready to be corrected. Um And will always encourage you to think critically even about things that he's saying to servant leadership. Justin's always ready to be your ac that's his favorite joke that he's everyone's ac as opposed to the other way around. Um And that's extremely powerful coming from a um partner, three, very, very high knowledge in various different fields and a relatable way to get there. I think a lot of the times when we look at partners and their, you know, decades of experience, it feels extremely hard to reach, but Justin shows us how to do it by building on his knowledge by reading and things like that. I'm running out of time so far. He's very caring. He's always thinking about you and five being a complete child, he's always laughing um and being um yeah, just a child all the time which I love. Um Stay humble. Um I'm a very lenient joke scorer and I, and I think Pharaoh show is the shittiest joke I've ever heard. And um see you at 35 when I am not dead and still eating all the chocolate and the junk food that I eat every day.
