Using the video function, please record your own personal thank you to Tamar!

Gregg LeStage: Hi, Tamar. What to say by way of? Thanks to you. I can do that through an observation of you as a leader. And what I've seen is that you're able to combine intelligence and caring with optimism. And I think those three things in combination among other attributes have made you both successful and I hope happy in the role that you've left now. I think that you also add humor to how you lead and that brings it all together and feels natural uh to those of us who receive it and hopefully it does to you too. You're on to a bigger platform now and I'm very confident that that combination of things for which I am thankful for and everybody else is too, will also help you be successful and happy as you move forward. Thank you.

Tamar. How do you thank someone who has raised the bar on the already incredibly high bar of playing a leader of the Boston office. It's hard. Your eq your IQ amazing values based value focused just uniquely tomorrow. Let me just thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the support that you've given me and my teams through the years as a cheerleader when things were going well and as an amazing advocate and counsel when things might have been going. Not so well, you've been an inspiration to me and to so many and have helped us navigate through one of the world's most difficult chapters. Thank you for that chapter. We are so excited about the next chapter and all the places that you will lead us and where we can go together. But thank you.

Maureen Keegan: Thank you, Tamara for all you've done for the Boston office.

Charles Tillen: Hey Tamar. Congratulations on moving up and moving past us, but most especially thank you for all your contributions to Boston, making this a great place to work and especially for your efforts to democratize swearing. We all appreciate it. Bye.

Hank Chen: Tomorrow. I just want to say thank you for the warm welcome I received when I first joined Bane within the first few minutes of meeting with you. Um I knew this was the right place for me. And um so glad I chose to join and um the, the warmth that you exuded is just embodiment of this wonderful culture. Um So I just want to say thank you.

Susan Richman Caraviello: Wow, how did we get so lucky? Uh Thank you Tamar for your unbelievable and extraordinary leadership of the Boston office. And personally, I have absolutely loved working for you these past six years and will miss um that, but I'm so thrilled for you in your next well deserved uh leadership role. Um But again, just thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hi, Tamar Greg Picklesimer here, uh, working from home for once in this hybrid world that we now live in. Uh, normally I'm in the office where I prefer to be and I wish everyone would return to. Um, but the hybrid nature of our lives now reminds me, um, how I can't think of anyone who would have been a more effective leader, uh, in this, uh, unprecedented time than you were. Um, I'm very thankful, uh, that, uh, during the pandemic before the pandemic and certainly as things were returning to quote unquote normal that, uh, you were, um, where you were leading, uh, the office leading all of us through, um, such a challenging period and I can't think of anyone else, uh, who could have done a better job or anyone who is more suited to that job than you. So, I'm very grateful and appreciative for the work you did. And, uh, uh, I'm just, uh, honored to have been, um, at Bain in Boston, uh, while you were, uh, the office head, uh, during the many years you served. So, thank you. Um, and, uh, that was totally unscripted. So, I hope it came across, uh, articulate enough. Um, I think you're great. Bye.

Mike Zhu: Thanks for everything tomorrow.

Ron Kermisch: Thank you tomorrow for all of your leadership. Through such a crazy time, you kept morale high, made tough decisions that had to be made and earned everybody's respect in the process. Truly amazing all the best to you in your new role.

I've always felt like you had my back. Two, thank you for what you taught me about leadership. I'll never forget the quote from Maya Maya Angelou do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better do better. And three, thank you for continuing to support bin I have more confidence in the future of the firm under your America's leadership. That's all for now. Love Laura.

Greg Callahan: Thank you Tamar for believing in me. Little fun story is that when I was in A P, I had done a whole bunch of retail cost out work. And you came to me and said, Greg, I've got this great project for you. I think it's a great place for you to try and prove your jobs to be a partner here. And it's a two team cost out retail case. And I said, you know, Tamara, I don't know if I want to be a cost out retail partner. I think I wanna do the ce thing. And you said Greg, that's great. What ce cases do you have? And I said none, I got nothing. And so what was amazing at the time is we were really tapped out in capacity. And you said, ok, Greg, here's the deal. I'm gonna give you a golden ticket. If you can get someone to help you sell a team, I will give you a team to get that done. And so long story short, I thought Miles Cook and Mark Kovac together we went and sold Presidio and then one after another, we started to slowly build the ce practice, but it took you believing in me and the opportunity ahead of us and not forcing me to do that retail cost out work with Schnucks uh to make it all happen. So thank you for believing in me.
