Speaker: Mark Simpson, Associate Cloud Network Engineer, Go Cloud Careers
What is your biggest takeaway from the ACE Program?
Mark Simpson: One of my first really big "aha" moments while studying for the Aviatrix ACE certification was learning about high performance encryption or "insane mode" encryption as they call it. Most IPsec tunnels are limited to 1.25 gigabits per second because that's the way they're hardcoded. Aviatrix overcomes this limitation and allows up to 100 gigabits per second encryption.
Do you have any advice for other professionals who want to get skilled in cloud networking?
Mark Simpson: I recommend to all my colleagues to at least check out the ACE Associate certification. If for nothing else, the review of the four major cloud platforms. Then they talk about the multicloud network architectures, which is really great, and it just builds from there. If you want to you can move on to studying about Terraform and IaC. IaC. And then on and on from there. I found their SAP Specialty certification to be very informative. SAP SAP SAP was something I knew very little about. But start with the ACE certification, the Associate certification, and go from there. Thank you.
