Hello, I'm Roger Lauer. I'm a team operations manager for the Mortgage Wellness Group headquartered in Barry Ontario. Just like to tell you a little bit about what we're trying to achieve this year in 2024. We're looking to grow our external mortgage agent and mortgage broker team across Ontario in the past. We've had great success with our team and we feel now is the time to expand this team externally from our brokerage to continue to increase our market share and visibility across Ontario. We have a number of great advantages and opportunities for new team members in Ontario.
