Amani Selim: What is challenging about monitoring implementation? I can go on forever. Dedicating adequate financial and technical resources, simplifying the monitoring process, selecting well defined indicators, setting baselines and targets, and finally, allowing time periodically to review and fully understand what the data is telling us and applying the learning to improve program implementation.
