How would you describe Audience XL in three words?
Neil Harte: If I was to describe Audience XL in three words, it would be efficient, proactive results.
What problems are you trying to solve with our services?
Neil Harte: So the main issue I was facing here at Retra was lead generation. We weren't getting enough leads in. And when I reached out to Audience XL they were showing me and telling me how they would get the leads for me. And when we did our lead generation plan and our ads on social media .... BOOM, lots of leads were coming through and not just the quantity of leads, but the quality of lead was outstanding as well. We were booking in so many trials as I was going on the phone, more people were picking up and the quality was just much better. So not only was the quantity there, but the quality there as well, and it it solved a big hole here at Retra, which was the lead generation. But now that's been solved with Audience XL.
What’s one story of success that wouldn’t have been possible without working with Us?
Neil Harte: we all know as gym owners how important January is for gyms, in terms of sales, in terms of member retention, in terms of booking, in trials, everything and on that end of the spectrum. Now, when we hired Audience Excel, we hired them just before January. So we're getting everything set up and everything. Uh, and by the end of January, we had the best month we had in over a year and a half, so I couldn't thank the guys enough for all the hard work they put in all the systems they put in place for us to succeed as well. And without them, we definitely wouldn't have had that in January. We wouldn't have had the best month in over a year and a half. So it was all thanks to them with the systems they put in place and how they implemented it. That's how we succeeded with Audience XL. Making that January one of the biggest months we had in a long time!
Why is Audience XL different from other similar products or services?
Neil Harte: I think the reason that Audience XL is so different to other products and services out there is because they really listen to their clients. So we needed help when we were getting so many leads coming in. We didn't We weren't really prepared for it. And we weren't. getting as many contact points to these leads as possible, so they listened to us. And then what they've done is they created some automations for us on a new CRM, which worked absolute wonders. It meant that we could get on with doing our daily tasks and operations in the gym whilst the automations were going out to all of the new leads that were coming through. So that really helped us. It was very time efficient. and they just really listened to their clients. So any problems that we had, they would always come up with some sort of solution. and that's why I think they were just so different from all the products and services that we tried in the past
What would you tell another business owner who is considering our services?
Neil Harte: if you're a business owner and you're considering getting a marketing team in for lead generation, quantity, quality automations, whatever it might be in that field, I would really recommend Audience XL without a shadow of a doubt. They've helped me so much. Like I said, with all the problems that I've approached them with, they've always tried to find a solution for that. So I think one of the biggest things you can have as a business owner is have things automated for you and have a team not just inside the business, but also outside externally that you can trust and build a relationship with. And that's what I've done with Audience XL. And they're really good at that building relationships listen to what problems that you have and offer that solution for you.
