Can you share the scope of our partnership, the project or portfolio we were working on together?

Ben Murphy: Anis and I worked together with a number of online fitness coaches that were a key part of my portfolio. During my time at Lenus E Health, Anis was brought in to support with the sales function. and we worked throughout the sales process from lead generation strategies to sales process optimisation to and finally to re-marketing to ensure that we were driving optimal results with the coaches that we are working with.

What problems were you looking to solve by working with us?

Ben Murphy: By working with Anis there were some key problems that we were looking to solve typically, and there were two key types of clients that we were working with, either those that struggled with lead conversion that had a high lead volume. And for one reason or another were failing to, to convert those either to themselves or through other sale consultants, sales consultants. And secondly, were online fitness coaches that were struggling to generate leads, and needed someone to come in and identify the types of leads that we are working with. and really start looking at top of funnel initiatives to drive even more of those leads if they're converting. Some coaches had a combination of the two. so we had to get creative to look at ways that we can a generate leads but also improve the quality as we went.

Can you describe the before and after of working with Audience XL? Include metrics if possible.

Ben Murphy: So to set the scene. Before working with Anis with the individual coaches that I was working with, the businesses tended to be a lot of chaos. A lot of pressure and one or more key areas that were lacking performance that then had led to frustration throughout the business and also impacted on the relationship that we had with our clients that was really transformed with across all of the clients that we worked together on. Because not only did the business processes work like clockwork performance improve considerably. And also the clients were much happier in their positions with within the business. And we were able to optimise processes that took some of the load off of them, streamline things and then gave more time to everyone within the business. outside of this uh key thing that we really found was beneficial was the impact on conversion rates by optimising lead generation and finding a sweet spot that focused on volume of leads. Whilst also pre qualifying leads that came through, we are able to spend our time on the right types of leads, convert the most And then at that point, look at other areas of the business that we can push to grow the business as a whole. And at the end of things generate more revenue.

What makes our partnership, processes and sales stand out?

Ben Murphy: I think the biggest thing that stood out throughout our partnership was the balance of a playbook, tried and tested approach that drives results across all businesses. Whilst also coupling that with a, an innovative out of the box approach and collaboration amongst ourselves, the partners that we work with. and Anis who we were working with to ensure that not only are we optimising the key areas and learning from experience of Anis, but also we're looking at how we can tailor that approach to the individuals and their clients that we're working with to really maximise results on a long term basis.

What would you say to someone thinking of working with us?

Ben Murphy: Beyond the impact on performance within the business that we had working together. Working with Anis was a) enjoyable and b) inspiring because I thought that he brought an energy to the relationship. He understood the different stakeholders that were involved working together and ensured that all of those a hit the metrics that they wanted to hit but also felt heard and were part of a sort of team collaboration working together. And for that reason, it would, would be a no brainer, I think for anyone to work closely with Anis. And I'm sure that a number of other clients can say, say the same thing.
