Jiaxin Wang, PhD: Hi, my name is Jiaxin Wang and I'm a medical physicist at Department of Radiation Oncology, Peking Union Medical College Hospital China. I'm looking forward to make a poster at this year's ASTRO Annual Meeting. The title of our poster is: "Application of Monitoring Internal Tumor Motion with Surface Guided System for Lung Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy in Deep Inspiration Breath- Hold. We know that the DIBH technology could control the motion of target which brings dosimetric benefits to the organ at risk. The surface-guided radiotherapy system is widely used for providing DIBH reproducibility. But as for the land target, if the surface motion monitored by SGRT could represent the actual internal target motion still needs to be studied. So the purpose of the research was to study the consistency between the surface motion monitored by SGRT and the internal target motion observed by CBCT and to study the set of arrows and the intersectional motions of tumor in the ABH under the guidelines of SGRT and to study the patient's competence is such new workflow.
