Anandh Viswanathan: Hello, my name is Anandh Viswanathan, Head of Diagnostic Films and Advanced Materials business with Ashland. We make Gafchromic films. I'm pleased to present my poster on developing and validating a novel in vivo film dosimetry system for accurate and radiation measurement. This research focuses on performance capabilities of a Gafchromic film- based-in vivo dosimetry system and aims to address the market needs for alternatives to OSLDs. In this study I explore our new product performance attributes, key methods or approaches used, and I'll be sharing some of the key findings and their implications for a film-based class 1 device. The device comes with all advantages of a film: high resolution, no need for cables or power viewing measurements, near tissue equivalence flexibility, while incorporating physicist design inputs to limit film pitfalls such as speed. We have a very simple workflow: irradiate, scan and measure in minutes. We have an adhesive for ease of use of the device. The device comes with a UVC- protected packing, et cetera.
