Lexus: Hi, my name is Lexus I am a Dallas Fort Worth based flight attendant and I have been with the company for two years right out of training. They sent me to Boston, a very expensive city and a city that I did not choose. I had to live in a crash pad with 12 other flights and it's just so I could feed myself. I had then moved to Philadelphia where I had friends some support. My mental health was declining because I moved far away from my family and into a city where I had no support. Philadelphia was a great base for me, but it was still an expensive city. I am now in Dallas and I have been in Dallas for about three or four months now. Moved in with my fiance into an apartment just so I can afford rent and feed myself. Living without a contract that we haven't had a raise in has been very difficult. The work rules that we've had to go through being on the clock for so many hours delays, no pay. Being without this contract has put a lot of stress and a lot of stress and anxiety in my life. I really hope that we get this contract soon. We're waiting and we are ready.
