Kyle: Hi, good morning. My name is Kyle Barowski and I'm a Chicago based flight attendant. Um, currently, 9 and a half years with American. I'm gonna be 10 years coming up in 2024. And I wanted to do my part in making a video to describe to management that I think it's completely unacceptable that our union has been negotiating with you for over five years now. And we still have yet to see any results of getting to an agreement on a contract. I think it's unacceptable, the uh backlash we've gotten from management and not meeting our demands for a wage because with inflation, how expensive things are, we have to fly over 100 hours every month either even at my senior to be able to put food on the table and make all my bill obligations. And I don't spend frivolously either, but I really think management needs to really understand. We're a global airline, a major airline and the flight attendants deserve to be paid accordingly.
