Jade: My name is Jade. I'm a Dallas Fort Worth base flight attendant. I've been with American Airline for 10 years recently. I received an ambulance bill from an incident I had last month. The total comes down to $2384.30 at my pay rate. I will have to work 45 hours, not including the time I will be on duty without pay. I love my job and I will do my best to provide a safe and pleasant flight to my passengers. But it is time for us to get a new contract with the raise that we deserve so we can afford our bills and save for emergency event like this. We deserve a contract now.
