Mariana F: Hello, I reached out to assisted interventions um to help transport. Um our son who's 15 years old to a residential facility. Um He did not want to go and he was in a bad spot emotionally. Um He had had some violent outbursts in the house and I was just very nervous about how the whole thing will go. Um I was super impressed with how assisted interventions prepared me the couple days leading leading to him being picked up. Um all the communications, they put me at ease, they told me what to expect. Um Most of all I um just could not think enough the the three people who came to pick up my son. Um it was at night. Um I was very nervous um but they, they kept me posted leading up to showing up at my house when they came, they kind of prepared me told me kind of what to say when, when we went into his room and, and what happens after and I trusted them and um I did not expect it to go as well as it did within five minutes. They had him in the car, they had him at ease. And, uh, even though this was the most difficult thing I've ever done, the way that they handled, it was amazing and they put me at ease. They kept me posted the whole 10 hour drive to where he was going. Um, they let me know what was going on, how he was feeling and just a testament to how Leighton and Mario and Kelsey held the handle. This is my son. Um, when he got there, uh was telling me that, um he really liked them and when he is coming home, he wants them to drive him back. So thank you to the whole team for everything you've done for our family.

Mariana F: Assisted interventions worked very quickly. We only gave them a couple of days notice when we had an opening at a residential facility and they were prepared. And most importantly, I'd say what differentiates them is the people that they have. The people who came to pick up. My son were amazing. They're just um outstanding human beings.
