How long have you been working with ABL?
Thomas L: I've been working with ABL for about one year now.
What do you appreciate most about working with ABL?
Thomas L: One thing I appreciate about ABL, working with them, and I was actually just talking to my partner about this, is that every single time we need something during closing or after closing. When we call somebody to get in touch with somebody, they answer every single time on the first time. And it's almost like you have everybody's personal cell phone so they really make sure everything gets done for you. Once you do your end of the deal, they really kind of take control and make it a very smooth transition. And that's been something that's been very beneficial to me and my partner working with ABL. In addition to that working with Paul Lewis and the other agents that I've talked with, they really make you feel like you're a part of the team. They address you as a person versus, you know, most companies tend to address you as just a number. And that's something that's kind of made us stick with ABL throughout our real estate endeavors.
What kind of projects do you use ABL for?
Thomas L: I have used ABL for my real estate projects. They've helped me purchase a couple of houses that we have flipped and rehabbed. But that's what we do, we've only used them for real estate.
