Kyle McCann: Hello, my name is Kyle mccann. I'm the Vice President of Sales in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. It's my responsibility to originate new business for asset based lending.
How would you describe the culture at ABL? Feel free to include a story/example of seeing the culture in action.
Kyle McCann: A bl is a true culture of teamwork from day one in our training program. It's noticeable how both management and peers step in to help assist and grow you as an individual in the company. We're all rooting for each other's individual successes here. And with that, we grow as a team.
What is the training process like at ABL? How does it prepare you for success?
Kyle McCann: Training process at A BL is quite in depth. Day one. We're indoctrinated into a BL culture. We learn our incredible technologies. We get macro economy lessons from Kevin Rodman and we drill down on repeat after repeat mock phone calls until we know what we're talking about.
How does ABL operate differently than other lenders you've worked for in the past?
Kyle McCann: ABL operates different than some other hard money lenders I've worked for in the past. First and foremost, they invest in their LO's through marketing. We have an incredible lead generation platform. We're always high on SEO optimization. People know who we are. We're well branded. Beyond that, we have an incredible capital backing. We're able to be flexible, we can be creative with our financing products. And beyond that, we have common sense underwriting. We don't need to force square pegs into round holes. We do things that make sense.
How does ABL enable their originators to succeed?
Kyle McCann: A BL allows their originators to succeed by having top of the line lead generation marketing training and some of the best products out there for hard money lenders.
