As a real estate investor, what I would say is really understand your market, and really get into it for the right reasons. For me, it's not about a quick buck, it's really about investing in and helping communities, you know, so if you're passionate about it, um, that's going to follow you, follow you through, and that's gonna, you know, really help you as you start to develop your own operating philosophy. I would absolutely recommend ABL to other investors. In fact, I actually have. I'm here at the ABL event with one of my close friends. ABL has been a great partner for me, and I'm sure that ABL would be a great partner for anybody that I recommend.
