Mollique Johnson: My name is Mollique Johnson. I am currently a junior director here at Aspire. I've been at Aspire for seven weeks.
What drew you to Aspire?
Mollique Johnson: What drew me to Aspire? The management training program was something that drew me to Aspire. It is an exceptional program that I would be able to learn entrepreneurship and learn how to run my own business in six months.
What is the most important thing you've learned working at Aspire?
Mollique Johnson: The most important thing I've learned while working here at Aspire is learning how to be an exceptional leader, how to help others be the best version themselves
What do you look forward to at work?
Mollique Johnson: Every day, I come to work. I look forward to working with the amazing group of team members that I have. I look forward to learning more about myself, learning more about the business. I look forward on how to build a culture of exceptional, the a culture where we work hard together. We strive to be our best and we truly believe that helping each other is important.
How does your current job compare with previous jobs you've had?
Mollique Johnson: My current job compared to my previous job is totally different. I, I've been here for seven weeks and I've been promoted twice already. And I'm looking forward to becoming an owner and a manager within the next 2 to 3 months, I'm looking to become an owner within the business in less than seven months of starting. And compared to my previous position where it took me a year and a half, two years to get the first promotion. And that's something that's just not common. It's very uncommon to get promoted
