Michael : Hello, I'm Michael thomas and I'm an account manager at Aspire and I've been here just a little over two months.
What drew you to Aspire?
Michael : I've worked a lot in the customer service industry, but there wasn't really any potential for growth. And what really drew me to aspire was the growth opportunity that they offered. And then I could actually become a business owner within a year of time.
What is the most important thing you've learned working at Aspire?
Michael : One of the main things that I've taken away from aspire is the entrepreneurial mindset, because a lot of people, when they work a regular 9-5 job, they just clock in and clock out, which is the employee mindset. And this has helped me grow to be better and also become my potential business owner.
