What is the best advice you've received?
Dylan Johnson: The best advice that I've received is that everything is a marathon, not a sprint, not everything is going to come fast, but it's more about repetition than anything else.
What is the best advice you have to share?
Dylan Johnson: The best advice that I could give is that nothing's gonna come easy and you have to put 100% into anything if you do want to see good results out of it.
How would you describe the company culture at Aspire?
Dylan Johnson: I would describe the company culture is very uplifting and very team oriented. You know, everyone wants to help each other out. And I think that's something that helps everybody get a little bit more ahead than they would without that same type of company culture.
