Amin: Hello, my name is Amin, I've been with Aspire for the past three months and my title is Leader.
What is the best advice you've received?
Amin: I would say the favorite one would be hard work always beats the talent or the skill.
What is the best advice you have to share?
Amin: I would say it would be not criticizing anybody, not judging anyone based on their acts because no matter what they do, they always think in their head that they did the right thing.
How would you describe the company culture at Aspire?
Amin: To describe Aspires culture, I would say over here, we all help each other. We all support each other and constantly we checking up on each other to make sure we all doing fine and we don't care about the titles. Your title could be just a new employee just got hired over here or somebody's been running the business for past 10 - 12 years like the owner himself here. There's not about titles as long as you'll be willing to work and spend your time and focus here, you would be able to get the support for from every single person who works over here, which I really love about Aspire
