Tell me about yourself (name/title) and how long have you been at Aspire?
My name is Alex. I'm a team leader and I've been with Aspire for about three months now.
What is your biggest goal?
My biggest goal is really just to make it to ownership by the end of the year. But I'm not planning on stopping there, so I'm definitely going to be pushed that goalpost past make into international consultant after that.
If you could open an office anywhere, where would it be?
If I was able to open up an office anywhere, I would definitely be looking for a location that would offer the best potential for growth. Definitely not too tied to location. I just want an area where it offers the best chance of success.
What makes you happiest about working at Aspire?
The part that makes me the happiest about working in a Aspire is definitely the culture within the company. I've never been in a company where everyone's just really trying to uplift each other before. I've worked in a lot of companies where everyone's just trying to push each other down. This is not one of them. So it's definitely a great environment to be in where everyone's just trying to make sure that each other grows and succeeds. So it's definitely the environment that makes me the happiest here.
