Tell me about yourself (name/title) and how long have you been at Aspire?
Ben Weber: Hi, my name's Ben Weber. I am a junior director with Aspire and I have been working here about five months.
How would you describe the company culture at Aspire?
Ben Weber: I would describe our company culture as kind of a work hard play, hard atmosphere. I mean, we definitely lean on each other pretty heavily in the office and have a very good team mentality, similar to some of the sports teams that I've played on in the past. It is nice to always have someone that you can talk to and can relate with some of the situations that you're dealing with, that we lean on each other pretty heavy here.
Do you have any funny or interesting stories to share from your time working at Aspire?
Ben Weber: I would say that one of my favorite parts about working at Aspire is that every day is always interesting in dealing with the public and having an office that's so geared around interpersonal relationships. There's never a dull moment, so to speak. So I like the not exactly knowing what's gonna happen next, whether, I'm in the field dealing with some customer acquisition or in office trying to handle a situation, there's always stuff to keep me interested.
