Tell me about yourself (name/title) and how long have you been at Aspire?
Ben Weber: Hi, my name's Ben Weber. I am a junior director with Aspire and I have been working here about five months.
What is the best advice you've received?
Ben Weber: I would say the best advice I've received would be to constantly have a student mentality and realize that regardless of my past experience and what avenues I worked in. There's always the opportunity to have a conversation with someone and improve on thought processes. And basically approach situations differently from a another set of eyes, essentially.
What is the best advice you have to share?
Ben Weber: I would say the best advice I could give to anyone would be to always be open to advice consistently improve yourself and focus on working towards being better. We can always be better than what we are at at any given time. There's no such thing as perfection and that actually it's the the act of trying to find perfection in that creates growth within a person. So we need to continually push interactions with other coworkers situations, dealing with sales in the field or acquisitions of customers. Every situation is a teachable moment.
