TOWANA OSIAS: Hello, my name is Towana and I like using the AskNicely application because it is easy to use. It helps me perform my daily duties with my job at hand. It has easy well lit features, easy to access, easy to register and sign up. There's minimal to no issues that I've had whenever I needed to use AskNicely and it even has a little chat box, even if you do come across any issues and concerns while using the application, there are agents there to help you. So from a score of 1 to 10, I give it a 10. I have no issues with it as well.
What specific features of AskNicely have you found especially beneficial?
TOWANA OSIAS: The features of AskNicely that I have found especially beneficial for me was I'm able to pick up where I left off. I don't have to go hunting for a certain task or filter that I was working for. It's already there. If I log off and log back in, it's right there. Again, that goes back to say it's easy to use, easy access. It doesn't let you or make you have to go hunt around for certain filters or applications that you were using on as nicely. It's very, very easy access for me and I love easy access.
What has been the most significant impact of using AskNicely, including any metrics that come to mind?
TOWANA OSIAS: The most significant impact of using AskNicely with any of the metrics that I've come in mind is that using this application have improved the department scores for the task that we were given, it helps us to reach out to customers, homeowners, which have you easier than actually having to go through the long process. Everything is there in front of you, all the tools that this application have, it is there in front of you. So it is extremely beneficial and extremely impactful to myself and the company because it is very useful and very helpful.
