Please introduce yourself and tell us a little about your company and your role there.

Luis Pardo: Hi, I'm Luis, the Head of Marketing at Zzish, an AI formative assessment tool for schools and teachers.

What were some of the challenges or pain points your business faced before implementing AskNicely?

Luis Pardo: Before implementing AskNicely, we were missing out on valuable feedback from our users. Not just what needs improvement, but also what we're doing right.

What specific features of AskNicely have you found especially beneficial?

Luis Pardo: I love how easy it is to integrate AskNicely with Slack. For instance, I can see reviews live and act immediately. It's super helpful.

What has been the most significant impact of using AskNicely, including any metrics that come to mind?

Luis Prado: Being able to shout out about our user stories and show to other educators how we are able to help them is key for us. With AskNicely in place, we no longer have to spend time searching for positive reviews online and ask the users for permission to post them. AskNicely automates the entire process for us. Right now, we are saving more than one hour a day. I think having this feedback and being able to post it immediately has been game changing for the marketing team. We also managed to increase the number of interviews with our happy and, let's say, not so happy users by 200%. Today it's super easy to identify who can help us improve our product and get them on a quick call in a minute after they have reviewed us.
