Kate McQueen: We love AskNicely at IntelliShift. We were able to work with sales all the way to customer success to deploy our surveys. And we did this in a seamless way. We're also able now to get in front of promoters and detractors and deal with the situation as it comes through automated and quickly, we cannot say enough nice things about AskNicely. We love the service.

What specific features of AskNicely have you found especially beneficial?

Kate McQueen: My favorite feature of AskNicely is the ease of use. We can just create a report of any type of contact and upload that directly into AskNicely. And we can trigger all types of follow ups and different surveys easily in very little amount of time.

What has been the most significant impact of using AskNicely?

Kate McQueen: The biggest impact AskNicely has had for us is that we're able to survey throughout a customer's journey from on boarding to implementation and anything that has to do with tech support before we were unable to truly automate these surveys and get feedback in real time. So that's been the most significant impact AskNicely's had for us.
