Maria Litresics: Hi, everyone. My name is Maria and I am very happy to share my story with you. I was born in Slovakia in a very small village only with 300 people. I was living there until I finished my third level diploma of architecture and building engineering. After this, I moved to Ireland. And in the last 20 years, I'm living here, I wanted to build a career in my sector in a building sector. And it took me 17 years like 20 years ago from the draft person without any English. I moved to junior architecture, senior architecture after the first recession, which was in 2009, I started with timber frame design. And later in the last two years of my career, I was on the top, working as a site manager and as a project manager in Dublin. I have one daughter. She gonna be 16 year old this year. And in the last 15 years, I am raising her on my own. And this is my briefly introduction in 2020 when the pandemic hit Ireland just like probably your country. I knew that I have only one chance not to get into the same situation where I was in 2009. I had, no job for 10 months living in a country with one year old daughter. It wasn't, easy. And in 2020 when the pandemic came, I knew that I don't want to get back into that situation. So straight away, I knew that I have to start working something online because we couldn't meet people. It wasn't allowed. Ireland was quite strict. At the beginning, we could move only like five kilometers and 10 kilometers, 20 kilometers and so on. So my journey with this company started in 2020. at that time, I just wanted to survive. I wanted to give food on the table to give food to my daughter and pay rent. And I, my plan was when the recession is over or the pandemic is over. I am getting back to the building sector. But one year later, I knew already that here I can get not only money, freedom, what time, freedom and family freedom. So my decision was made because I knew that I can make or I can plan my day. I don't have to be from eight o'clock until six o'clock in the evening on the building site. I can take my daughter to the school in the morning and I can collect her. So it's completely different life, what we are living right now. And what was like before and the career in online business because they are living in a digital world at the moment if you like it or not. But this is the fact really that we are living in this world and it's giving you this freedom much quicker. It didn't take me 17 years like in a building sector. But within three years I could get things what I couldn't really imagine before. So if you want to decide, make your right decision and listen to your heart.
Maria Litresics: Ok. So I started my online business in 2020 when the pandemic hit Ireland, the pandemic hit the whole world. So I knew at that time that I have to start something online. We couldn't move, we stocked inside in the house. We couldn't make any contact, but we still had to pay the rent and we still had to live from something. And, as a single mom, I had to make a responsible decision. So at that time, I had two choices to wait, but for how long, nobody knew how long it's going to take. Three months, six months, one year. And, now I can tell you that, in September 2021 I got a call that I can go back to the building site. So it was 1.5 year. And if I am not making that decision in March 2020 that I'm going to start something and I am going to learn something new because I had no experience. I didn't know anything. Nothing about network marketing, nothing about the industry, nothing about the company, nothing about the technology. I had to go through those things, but it didn't take me five years. Like my university, like my third level diploma, I could start, , working and straight away because here is like a weekly payment. I didn't even need it to wait for one month. So it was very good for me. You know, like I said, like, if only hard forfeit, it's true, then I gonna be very, very happy, you know, and what other people did, they were waiting, you know, and wasting time, I didn't want to do it. I did it once I tried in 2009, everything, you know, and I was overqualified everywhere. I was at home for 10 months with one year old daughter outside of my country with no work and it wasn't easy. So I said in March straight away that I have to work and I am not going to cry. I wanted to be in this 10% who are winning and not in those 90% who are waiting. So this is how I started. I got all the support and I'm still getting after four years, the support from the leaders from the company. You can start this business from a very small amount of investment and I had no 100,000 of euros to start the business, my own business and it was during the pandemic. So everybody was losing, you know, but I could start something and, and I am very, very grateful now. So I was able to say no to my life, to my dreams, to the building sector after 1.5 year in September 2021. Because here in this company, I could see my brighter future and my daughter's future, this is a legacy company. Don't think only about yourself. If you did something, you can help others, I couldn't do it in the building sector to give my knowledge to other people. But here it's possible. So if you think that you want to help other people, this place is for you. So don't waste your time, start and grow every day.

And I am, I can say like I am very confident in it right now. I'm not telling you that I can see all the opportunities I am learning every day, but I am trying to see all the opportunities I am working and I am watching everyone, all the leaders and if I can see something new, then I am reading about it. And for example, now I got the opportunity to fly out to USA to Utah and I have seen ASEA factory and it gave me more knowledge. I thought I know everything about the ASEA product and but it was helping me much more to see not only the factory but the people who are working there and to meet Tyler Norton again, to see all the factory workers, to see all office workers and to get more behind the scenes. And I am more confident and I am giving this to my partners. So everything is possible.
