Speakers: Dr. Aaron Kaufman
What happens to our skin as we age? How to combat signs of aging and keep your skin healthy?
Dr. Aaron Kaufman: As we age, our skin can break down for a number of reasons. But a lot of them are environmental like sunlight, which we need, you know, we're all vitamin D deficient. So we do need sunlight. It helps us make vitamin D amongst other things which is foundational to life. But too much UV, particularly on our faces can break down collagen and cell structure and so forth. And particularly if we get sunburns, it can age the skin. There's a lot of things we can do like using sun protectant on our faces. And you know, maybe just wearing a hat so that our, the skin of our face doesn't get too exposed. But there's a lot of things we can do. Notably, the ASEA products, using redox signaling molecules can help repair damage to the skin. And particularly if you've gotten sun exposure. And when I've gotten sunburns and I use the RENU28, redox signaling gel, within an hour or two my the sun damage is gone. Drinking it internally makes a difference for the whole body using the, the four redox products produced by ASEA the drink and the gel, the clay mask and the advanced serum. All of these reverse the damage that aging and environmental stress can cause. And more recently supporting the collagen production that is the foundation of our skin. So, a powerful antioxidant and regenerative boost is using the redox cell performance radiance which rebuilds our collagen like no other product I've ever used.
What ingredients should individuals look for in skincare? And share your opinions about our skin care products
Dr. Aaron Kaufman: When we're looking at skin care products, we by and large want to use natural products made from natural sources. A good generalization is if you have trouble pronouncing a name of an ingredient in your skincare product, it might be a good idea to exclude it from usage. And you know, frankly, if you look at most skincare products, hair care, skin care products, cosmetics on the market, they're full of chemicals that a lot of which are potentially toxic. You can put your ingredients in. There's a number of websites that will tell you about the ingredients in your skincare products. huge percentage of them are dangerous. Certainly the redox products that ASEA carries are just the bomb for, you know, healing and rejuvenating and making our skin more healthy and alive and, and vibrant and better blood flow and so forth. I love all of our skin care products. The advanced line is just the amazing you look at the ingredients and they're just brilliantly constructed the things they put together and the reasoning and why they do that in their selection of sources is like nothing else on the market.
