Dr. Aaron Kaufman: We are 73% seawater. So every reaction within our cells in our body takes place in this medium of saltwater, salt and water. And with enzymes, in tiny tiny fractions of a second. We are constantly breaking apart the salt, the sodium and chloride and the water, the hydrogen and oxygen and recombining those four atoms to be sixteen reductants which are positively charged and oxidants which are negatively charged. The contraction of that name is redox molecules. And it turns out that these redox molecules are foundational to life. So you don't hear this recording. You don't think of thought, you don't grow hair, you don't digest food, you don't take a breath, your heart doesn't beat, that's not signaled or turned on and turned off by these redox signaling molecules. And it's interesting that when we're little children, we have tons of these and starting at puberty, we make about 1% less every year. So a real important thought aging is a deficiency of these redox signaling molecules. The ASEA Corporation in Pleasant Grove, Utah has figured out how to produce these same exact redox cell signaling molecules that you and I are producing right now in every cell in our body that allow us to live, to function. And interestingly, they're the only company in the world that's done that and they figured out how to stabilize them. So that now when we're sick or like me, aging or an athlete who needs, you know, extra boost or somebody who's sick or just didn't get enough sleep last night for the first time ever, we can now replenish those and the things we see are just remarkable. So, you know, to flush this out a little more, if you think about a little child who is flushed with these molecules, five or 10 years old, they cut or burn themselves or sprain their ankle, they're gonna heal in 2 to 3 days or so. And that same person again, at puberty, we make less and less the same cut or burn or sprain and a 30 year old probably is gonna take ballpark of 2 to 3 weeks to heal. I'm 70 years old, I'm an athlete, I'm in great shape, but that same cutter burner sprain is probably gonna take me 2 to 3 months to heal. So, again, aging is a deficiency of these molecules and this is the first time ever. Now, we can replenish these and the results we see. and just you name it conditions, you know, health and disease are just phenomenal.

Dr. Aaron Kaufman: Strictly speaking, oxidative stress is any sort of process that stresses ourselves, things like lack of sleep, exposures to toxic chemicals, eating, you know, high sugar and starch foods with GMO S and round up and so forth, sprayed on them, you know, when we're sick, when we're not moving our body, getting enough exercise, emotional stress, physical stress can cause oxidative stress or the substances within ourselves that cause injury and damage. Now, realistically speaking, oxidated stress is life, that's part of life. When you go walk out the door or you clap your hands, you're damaging cells. Certainly. If you get heavy duty exercise, you're breaking down some cells is a natural process to regrow cells. So there's, you know what we could call you stress the healthy stress and then extreme stresses like somebody who's in a, you know, toxic situation in their life or, you know, is very, very sick and they're producing a lot of these negative damaging molecules. So there's a lot of things we can do these mechanisms within the cell, trigger balance. They trigger the oxidative molecules, trigger us to produce reduct molecules to balance that out. And those are things like glutathione, our master on oxidants. And this is a natural balance within ourselves. We can enhance that by getting enough sleep by fasting by, you know, for say, not eating for, you know, something like 16 -18 hours a day. and exercise, heavy duty exercise particularly causes us to deplete our carbohydrates and go into fatty acid metabolism. And when we're, these oxidative molecules are creating the, the balance, the reduct molecules that is cellular balance or cellular oxidative uh homeostasis. And there's a lot of things we can do that enhance that. But a really great one for the first time ever, we can use these redox signaling molecules to create that balance within ourselves and therefore to create health.
