Catherine Thompson: So I just started using Redox energy about six months ago.

Catherine Thompson: I am a personal trainer. I do that on the side and when I'm at the gym, I need to get some energy. I pull out the Redox energy and I'll tell you, it really has made my energy increase. it makes my workouts a lot more. I just get, I have a lot of energy because of the energy Redox. I just slip it into like an eight ounce water and I drink it for a pre workout and it really has improved my workouts quite a bit.
